DinkusKit Terms of Service

Effective date: October 17, 2026

1. Who these terms cover

These terms apply only to store owners who sign up for DinkusKit on dinkuskit.com ("you"). They do not cover shoppers who buy from stores built on DinkusKit.

2. Who we are

DinkusKit is a product of Smoky Product Company, LLC, a North Carolina company ("SPC LLC," "we," "us").

3. Signing up

The first 50 stores are accepted automatically. After that, new stores need our approval.

4. Pricing

DinkusKit is free for now. Pricing may change once we have benchmarked our costs.

5. Notice before any fee

We will give you at least 7 days' notice before any fee starts. Before a fee starts, you can export your data and leave. Export may stay available after a fee starts.

6. Your content and data

You own your store content and your order data. You give DinkusKit only the license needed to run the service.

7. What you can sell

You may not sell anything that is illegal where you or your buyers are. CBD is allowed. You are responsible for your own licenses, age checks, and product claims.

8. Suspension and removal

SPC LLC may suspend or remove any store at any time, at its discretion.

9. No warranties

DinkusKit is provided "as is." We make no warranties.

10. Limit of liability

Our liability is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the last 12 months or (b) $100.

11. Governing law

North Carolina law governs these terms.
